If you have misplaced your card, but do not believe it is truly lost or stolen, you can temporarily freeze your card at any time. The simplest way to freeze your card is via the Dashboard, however you can also do it over the phone.
To lock your card via the Dashboard,
- Sign into the BlueVine Dashboard here.
- Go to Profile, then Debit Card
- Click the “Card is Active” toggle.
- Your card is now locked!
You can unlock your card at any time by clicking the “Card is Locked” toggle.
