If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, you can cancel your card at any time via the Dashboard or by calling us at 888-216-9619. Please note that marking your card lost or stolen cannot be undone and we will need to send you a new card.
To mark your card lost or stolen via the Dashboard:
- Sign into the BlueVine Dashboard here.
- Go to Profile, then Debit Card.
- Click “Report Lost/Stolen”.
- Select either Lost or Stolen.
- Verify the shipping address. We currently have to ship it to your home address.
- Click “Order New Card”.
Your card should arrive at your home address within 5-7 business days. Once received, you will need to activate your new card.
To lock your card via the phone, call 888-216-9619 and follow the prompts for BlueVine Checking existing users.
